Who we are
Marcasoon LLC is a Latino-founded company based in Florida, USA, that facilitates trademark registration before the USPTO. Legal services — including filing applications and representing applicants before the USPTO — are provided by Limen Legal PLLC, a firm established in Texas. Marcasoon is not a law firm.
Scope of service
Marcasoon supports the trademark registration process before the USPTO. Government fees are paid directly to the U.S. government and are not included in our fees.
No guarantee of registration
No firm can guarantee USPTO approval of a trademark. The Marcasoon Commitment terms published on the home page apply.
Relationship with the USPTO
Marcasoon is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
